How We Operate

Safety and How We Work

We work in your property when it's empty, to a set method, with the cover and paperwork to back it up. Here's how we keep the work safe and accountable.

Cleaning an empty property at the end of a tenancy, or after the builders have left, means working alone on someone else's premises, often with keys, sometimes around fresh construction dust. How that work is planned and carried out matters, to you, to your landlords, and to us.

Risk assessments and method statements

Every property is risk-assessed before we start: access, the state it's been left in, any hazards from recent building work, and how to handle the specific job. We then work to a method statement that sets out how the clean is carried out safely and in what order. If you're an agent or landlord and need to see a risk assessment or method statement for a property, just ask.

Insured, residential and commercial

We carry public liability insurance up to £1m, covering both residential and commercial work. It's one of the first things a good agent checks, so it's here in plain sight rather than buried in the small print.

Cleaning products, handled properly

We use professional cleaning products, stored and transported safely and used in line with the guidance for each one. Bathrooms and kitchens need stronger products to reach a deposit standard; where a property or client would rather we didn't, we can use eco-friendly options instead. Just tell us when you book.

Empty properties, secure keys

We clean empty properties only. That's deliberate: no one else on site, no belongings to move or protect, and a clear before-and-after against the inventory. Keys are collected from and returned to the agent's branch, so there's a clean chain of custody from handover to hand-back.

Working safely after the builders

An after builders clean is a different environment: fine construction dust, offcuts, the odd sharp edge. We treat those sites accordingly, with the right equipment for the dust and debris, so the space is handed over clean and safe to move into.
